BLTeam is a dynamic consulting practice devoted to helping our clients plan and manage strategic change so they can consistently achieve "best in class" excellence. 

Who we are

Beryl Levinger is Distinguished Professor of Nonprofit Management at the Monterey Institute of International Studies and Director of the Center for Organizational Learning and Development at the Education Development Center. She has held senior positions at AFS Intercultural Programs (president), CARE (senior vice president) and Save the Children. Beryl has worked in 72 countries and regularly consults with such groups as the World Bank, Save the Children, USAID, UNDP, and the World Food Programme.

Jean Mulroy is BLTeam's data analysis, research and evaluation specialist. She has managed projects for USAID, the World Bank and a host of international organizations. Jean worked for Education Development Center for seven years before joining BLTeam.

David Dobrowski is an evaluation specialist with experience in the design of complex assessment projects. He is skilled in organizational capacity building, group facilitation and the use of technology to promote social change. David has worked with several nonprofit and government agencies including the Institute of International Education, the Los Angeles Unified School District, and United Way.

Other team members include Renee Mungas, Raul Martinez and Andy Schaefer. They provide conceptual and technical support for BLTeam's quantitative and qualitative research projects.
